3K Pre-School Teacher to start this Fall

We are seeking experienced lead-teacher qualified individual who want to make a difference in the lives of young children and will contribute to our mission of creating a positive and nurturing environment.

Duties
*Plan, schedule and implement a stimulating and developmentally appropriate daily program to meet the physical, intellectual and social-emotional needs of each child in the program.
*Prepare and implement age-appropriate weekly lesson plans and monthly newsletter.
*Prepare materials and supplies for classroom activities.
*Prepare monthly newsletters for your classroom.
-Utilize Brightwheel app to communicate with parents and track attendance.
-Maintain a neat and orderly classroom.

Requirements
*Available 8:00AM - 12:00PM Monday/Wednesday/Friday (class times 8:45AM -11:45AM) -work hours negotiable
*At a minimum, the person should have a 2-year degree in early childhood as well as experience.
*Work cooperatively with co-teachers where open communication and mutual respect must be shown.
*Demonstrate effective communication skills with both co-workers and parents.
*Provide care, protection and supervision for assigned children with regard to center rules and DCF Licensing Rules for Group Care.
*Be a model of positive, professional, and cooperative relationships with the children, parents, and other staff members.

In general, the head teacher is responsible for the general supervision, lesson planning, teaching and management of a group of children according to the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families licensing rules for group childcare centers. The head teacher must be a mature and sensitive individual who is able to relate positively to parents, co-workers and children.

NOW HIRING FULL-TIME CHILDCARE TEACHERS

*Provide care, protection and supervision for assigned children with regard to center rules and DCF Licensing Rules for Group Care.
*Be a model of positive, professional, and cooperative relationships with the children, parents, and other staff members.

Requirements
*Available to work various shifts Mon-Fri between 6:30am - 6pm.
*Experience in child care is a plus but not required.
*Certifications in SIDS, Abusive Head Trauma, and Mandated Reporter/Child Abuse and Neglect are required before a teacher can begin.
*Be willing to complete child care related courses within first 6 months.
*CPR training must be completed within 3 months of starting.
